OrthoLower Back Support Belt

By placing the OrthoLumbar belt around your hips, it stabilizes the base of your spine and acts like an external ligament, helping to return the sacroiliac joint to its natural range of motion. It is particularly suitable for people with primarily sedentary lifestyles or physically demanding jobs. Follow these three steps to fit it correctly.
01

Belt positioning

The belt is worn at the sacroiliac joint. To determine the correct position, raise one leg and observe where the crease forms between the upper body and the leg. Place the bottom edge of the belt exactly at this point.

02

Set up

Locate the center seam of the waistband and position it in the middle of your back. Wrap the waistband around your waist and ensure the first layer is snug and secure.

03

Adjusting the elastic straps

Pull the elastic straps forward and adjust them for a comfortable fit. Make sure this second layer isn't too tight.

Adjustment tips

Ideal fit: The belt should be firm but comfortable. A good guide: you should be able to slide your index finger between your hip and the belt. If wrinkles form, tighten the first layer a little more. If the wrinkles persist, slightly loosen the elastic straps.

Wearing time

We recommend wearing the belt during physical activity to support your posture and relieve lower back pain. The duration should be adjusted to your needs and level of exertion.

Nighttime use

Yes, it can be worn at night. It offers additional stability and comfort without weakening the muscles, unlike a classic lumbar corset which partially replaces muscle work.
