RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
We process and ship all orders very quickly, but we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at contact@ortholombaire.com . We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse. To expedite the processing of your request, please indicate "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email and include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If your order has already been shipped, rest assured that you can return it for a refund, subject to the rules below. Our refund policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label must also be present and intact. For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within one week. Shipping costs are only refundable if you cancel your order before the package is shipped.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time required (usually 7 to 14 business days) before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (WHEN APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@ortholombaire.com .
SHIPPING
To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@ortholombaire.com and we will provide you with the procedure and the address of our warehouse which is able to receive returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. If you are shipping an item worth over €50, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
